Quided Meditation

Regular meditation practice helps with concentration, productivity, and overall life satisfaction. Moreover prevents depression and relapse of depression. This is why we are delighted to offer you 30 mins – 1 hrs meditation sessions in your workplace. Thanks to guided meditation, your employees can relax the mind and the body, recover and strengthen their sense of self-agency.

During the guided meditation sessions instructor will start with a short introduction, lead the participants into the meditative state and leave a few minutes for Q&A at the end.

The meditation practice we are teaching is based on MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) program. It is not related to any religion or ideology.
Meditation is a powerful tool for body/mind empowerment work. It helps to increase the quality of life through positive mental health habits.

Stress Management Training

We design the training to the needs of the participants with the primary goal: to better cope with stress or stressful situations.

Each person reacts differently to a given situation, so solutions should be selected individually. Stress management techniques include emotional release techniques, breathing techniques, gestalt practice, the work for changing limiting beliefs, elements of time management, and much more. Modalities we are using allow us to deal with stress, integrate the team, and develop the so-called Emotional Intelligence (EQ).

Emotional intelligence is a personal competence in understanding the ability to recognize their own and other people’s emotional states and the ability to use their own emotions and cope with the emotional states of others.
Depending on the needs, the training may last from several hours to several days. It is also possible to divide the stress management training into regular meetings, e.g., 1 hour a week for a few months.

Coaching Session

It is the most effective form of supporting an individual in career development or personal life. Each session is focused on a specific goal and needs defining by the person involved. Coaching brings impressive results mainly thanks to practical coaching tools and the supportive attitude of an experienced facilitator.

Life Coaching is about supporting an individual in gaining skills and experience for fuller personality development, greater productivity, creativity, and more satisfying life.

Coaching sessions may happen as a 2 to 10 sessions package, e.g., once a week for 1 hour. It can also be an open process with no definite end or just a single 1-2h long meeting.

    I am a certified Life Coach and Mindfulness Instructor. I have seven years of experience in leading soft skills training and individual coaching sessions. My role and mission are to support individuals with stress, anxiety, and burnout disturbances. My colleges and I are paying lots of attention to keep our services professional and constantly expanding the Open Meditation project.
    At my work, I combine transpersonal psychology, gestalt psychology, Mindfulness approach, and bodywork using yoga philosophy.
